Instructions
Cream the butter, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla
Sift the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon
Alternate dry ingredients with applesauce
Bake at 350 °F in a 10 x 15 greased glass pan for 45 minutes to an hour.
