Ingredients
- 14 oz sugar
- 1 cup water
- 8 oz Fairwinds Farm Cherve
- 8 oz Fairwinds Goat Yoghurt (Plain)
- 7 oz Simple syrup
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
- Combine 14 oz. sugar and 1 cup water and bring to a boil until sugar is dissolved. Cool store in covered container.
- Whisk remaining ingredients together in a bowl. Churn in ice cream machine. Keep Frozen. Thaw slightly when ready to use.
