Having used many of the Fairwinds Farm products, we have come to expect a consistently high quality product everytime. The Fairwinds Chevre has been showcased on our menu and in our cooking classes for years and always gains quick appreciation for its mild flavor and super creamy texture. We feel honored that we have such beautiful, locally produced ingredients to use in our restaurant.
