Yummy chocolate! Fun to make on those hot summer days. Suggestion: Use as pudding for desserts, or freeze into small disposable cups for lunch snacks!

  2. Combine sugar, cornstarch, and cocoa in a sauce pan. Gradually add goat milk and beaen egg. Cook stirring constantly over medium heat until thick and bubbly. Remove from heat, add butter and vanilla extract. Cool and beat till creamy. Pour into popsicle trays and freeze for 24 hours.
