Ingredients
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp (heaping) cornstarch
- 3 tbsp baking cocoa
- 3 cups goat milk
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 tbsp (heaping) butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Directions
- Combine sugar, cornstarch, and cocoa in a sauce pan. Gradually add goat milk and beaen egg. Cook stirring constantly over medium heat until thick and bubbly. Remove from heat, add butter and vanilla extract. Cool and beat till creamy. Pour into popsicle trays and freeze for 24 hours.
